Extending Course Access Steps

- Please, fill in ‘MyLab Subscription Extending’ form without any missing information.
- Click the Submit button after you fill it out.
- The information you enter will be sent to Pearson Digital Support Team.
You will be informed within 3 weekdays of filling the form.
- If your information is complete and correct, your course registration will be done, and you will be informed accordingly.
- If there is any missing information, we will get back to you as we were unable to complete your course registration. You will be asked to create a support ticket via yardim.pearson.com.tr.

When you were informed as we were unable to complete your course access extension due to missing information, you need to create a support ticket on yardim.pearson.com.tr web page.
- Click the New Support Ticket button.
- On the next page, fill in the boxes of the form.
- Choose MyLab on the Platform option.
- Choose Bilgilerimi Hatırlamıyorum as ‘I do not remember my information.’ on the Problem box.
- Please type in that you already filled in the form but your course registration could not be done, and provide us with the information you have given in the Course Access Extension Form.
- Click the Submit button.
Our Digital Support Team will reply to your support ticket with your missing information which is required for course access extension.
- You need to fill in the form once again with the information which was provided by Pearson Digital Support Team.
- Your course access extension will be done when you fill in the form without any missing information.
